Stateside Housing

Central provides housing for missionary families while on stateside assignment.  Because of many obedient hands and hearts, Central has been able to build a single-family home nestled into a quiet corner of the church's property. It is our desire to provide this home as a place for missionaries to rest, renew, restore, and refresh as we continue to support them through prayer and by meeting practical and spiritual needs while they reside with us.

General Description 

Simple Floor Plan

• Fully furnished four bedroom, three bathroom residence with open concept living and dining space
• Split floorplan with Master Suite: king bed/bath/office, Bedroom #2: two twin beds, Bedroom #3: two twin beds, Bedroom #4: queen bed/full bath  *These bedrooms can be furnished with different set ups to accomodate your family once your stay is confirmed.
• Bed and bath linens provided
• High chair, age-appropriate toys, movies, books, etc.
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Outdoor grill, patio furniture
• Washer/dryer
• Wifi access, television with antennae, Apple TV, bluray player, outdoor speakers

General Guidelines

• The home is reserved each January for the following calendar year and confirmations are sent at that time. You may request to stay at the 4R Missionary House at Central any time.
• A minivan is available for those with a valid driver's license and is insured through Central. Carseats are provided.
• Once a month housekeeping and general yard maintenance is provided by the church.
• No pets.  No smoking.
• Residents are encouraged to connect with Central through ministries, Bible classes, and activities.
