Howdy! Due to internships, my roommate and I are looking to sublease our rooms for the Spring 2019 semester! It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath duplex. Rent is $316 a month and utilities are usually around $100 a month (now that it’s winter, it will be pretty low). Our duplex is a 2 minute walk from Route 31 and includes a washer and dryer in the unit. Both rooms have walk-in closets, and one bedroom has its own bathroom. It is a quiet location and parking is always available. You would be living with one other roommate who is a fellow Christ follower. You will either see her on Pinterest (procrastinating) or baking in the kitchen (also procrastinating). She bakes at least twice a week (crazy, I know) so you will alway have desserts on hand & they are amazing too! She’s cool:) One person will be sharing a bathroom with her. She is very clean and keeps things organized (maybe not her room, but that’s her space. haha). She is also a Grace Bible Study leader, so occasionally Bible study will be held here. Central is seeking a part-time Facilities Crew Member. This position is approximately 20-29 hours per week. Duties include, but are not limited to: Completing daily setups of rooms and equipment for church functions, assisting in the smooth operation of several larger weekend events throughout the year, assisting with minor maintenance, repairs, grounds/outdoor maintenance, and on occasion, custodial work, and reporting any maintenance related issues to a member of the team.
