After 18 years of operating their own business, John and Debbie Maurer answered God's call to serve as Directors of Legacy Adult Ministry.  They oversee Legacy Adult events, activities, and trips.  Other responsibilities include hospital, nursing home, shut-in visitations, and the Cancer Support Ministry as well as the organization of volunteers for the Billy Graham Phone Center, Welcome Center and greeters.  

John and Debbie's ministry is deeply committed to finding effective ways for Legacy Adults to pass on teachings, blessings, and experiences to the next generation.  Married since 1970, they have two married children and 5 grandchildren.  John is an Aggie, class of 1971 and they have been members of Central since 1995.
