LEADERSHIP TRAITS THAT WORK:  Isaiah 6:8 Then I heard the voice of the Lord saying, “Whom will I send and who will go for Us?” Then I said, “Here am I. Send me!”   If you are in a leadership responsibility, and you are if you are a Christian, God is sending us to lead and we are to respond with “Here am I. Send me.”  This week, I want to simply share, without explanation, twelve bullet point traits demonstrated by real leaders:

1. Lead with character
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Willingness to listen
4. Integrity and trustworthiness
5. Confidence, competence and experience
6. Positive attitude
7. Personal accountability
8. Ability to motivate
9. Be an encourager
10. Courage to take a stand and make decisions
11. Ability to persevere and hang tough
12. Inspire respect and give respect

None of these need more expansion or explanation and the real question is this, “Do you have and practice them in your life?”
