God is looking for you! II Chronicles 16:9 “The eyes of the Lord move to and fro throughout the earth that He may strongly support those whose hearts are completely His.” We most often think that man is looking for God and he should be until he finds Him through Jesus Christ. Have you ever given thought to the fact that God is looking for man and specifically a man who has given his heart to Him? This may well serve as the definition of a spiritual leader who can be effective in his every walk of life: personal, family, career, church and community. God is looking for such a man that He can strongly support – what a promise!

God’s Word is full of commands with promises and He is faithful to fulfill them. It means to take God at His Word and let Him work and lead our lives. God has always had eyes to look for spiritual leaders among men who will give their hearts to Him. He promises to strongly support you when you do and your leadership will not fail. Just look and contrast the lives Solomon and David. Solomon never gave his heart completely to God and failed as God’s leader for His people. God said that man looked on the outside but He examines the heart. David was a man after God’s own heart and is known as one the greatest leaders of all time. Yes, David failed and paid the price. However, he repented and renewed his heart to God so that he was used to impact the kingdom. It is a great truth that God is looking for you. Has he found you with a heart completely given to Him? The answer is your hands.
