CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENTS: The final construction documents have been submitted to the City of Bryan for permit approval and to Dudley Construction for final pricing of the building construction price. Once these have been approved, we can finalize our contract with Little Mountain for the children’s themes and start actual construction. REACH UPDATE: Giving for the first ten months has reached $2.343 M on our way to the total project cost of $13.7 M. This means that we have $11.4 M to go in the next several years as God provides from pledges, gifts and the church budget. Once construction actually begins, we expect giving to accelerate as God touches more hearts to see this ministry expansion become reality. Our goal remains to pay off the entire cost within the next seven years as God provides.
