REACH: The third year of our REACH Campaign starts this month, so all the Central family is asked to continue their giving and pledges. If you give on an annual basis, please consider when you will fulfill your 2017 gifts. Our current total is $4.3 M which has slowed some in the past few months. It is time to catch up or increase your contributions as God leads you. This will help us to delay borrowing and meet the needs of this exciting new ministry expansion. The building cost will be $13.7 M, so we still need $9.4 M to complete the project and become debt free for this project.

BRICK PAVER PROGRAM: This program has been a little slow and many are telling that they are going to order their bricks soon. The opportunity will continue for an extended time, but we need families to respond soon.   It provides an opportunity for church members and families to become a permanent part and legacy of the Children’s Building. It will be a lasting way to honor and memorialize family members and friends. The money raised will allow us to provide the outdoor children’s playground equipment. Pray about how many bricks you want to provide to honor and memorialize yourself, your family, your children, your grandchildren, your parents and friends. Order forms are located at the Visitor Center or you can order at www.centralbcs.org. Bricks are $100 each. A duplicate brick for your home or those for whom you have purchased is $50.

THE WALLS ARE UP: The walls are up and the steel framing to support them and the roof is being completed at this time. Once this is completed in the next two weeks, the floor of the entire building will be poured in one day. We look forward to this completion so that the roof can be put in place and the building enclosed. We are still on schedule for a projected completion date in December of this year. Pray that this date does not slide forward and for safety of all the workers on the project.
