REACH UPDATE: Wow! Our God is good as this week we have already received over $1.125 M in cash offerings as the Central family responds to our critical space needs and expansion plans.

FINANCE COMMITTEE AND STAFF: The Church Staff and Finance Committee will now be reviewing and determining the best financial loan and plan after many banks responded to our RFP with the deadline of last Friday, July 3, 2015. Many of the proposals are very solid and we are still in a time of low interest rates which will allow us to move forward with no increase in our annual debt payment from budget. With what God is providing in REACH, the long term debt should be retired in 7 to 10 years after completion of the new Children’s Building. 

RECOMMENDATIONS COMING SOON: In the next few weeks, we will bring specific recommendations to the Deacons and Church Family on how God is leading us to move forward and start construction late this year or early in 2016. We have no alternative but to expand to meet our critical and overdue space needs.
