FINANCE COMMITTEE: The Church Finance Committee and staff will meet this week to review financial plans and loan proposals from some five banks. The plan is to make a selection in the next few days and have a recommendation for the Deacons and church in the next two to three weeks. The recommendation on the plan and lender will allow our church to move forward with no increase in our annual debt payment from budget.

AGREEMENT WITH THE CONTRACTOR: We have only our internal review of the Agreement with the Goff Company after some changes were agreed and we should have final closure by the end of this week. A final recommendation for the Deacons and church will be presented along with the financing plan in the next two to three weeks. We already have more than enough given to REACH to complete the entire planning documents to be ready for construction permits. This will take several months and the start of construction is still projected to be early 2016.
