CONSTRUCTION TO START: Construction on the new Children’s Building is now projected to start on Monday, July 11, after finalizing the plans and working through the bidding process. Some equipment is now being moved onto the site with demolition of the parking lot to be the first phase, so that the foundation can be started. The project is to be completed in 12 months with move in late next summer.

PATIENCE AND UNDERSTANDING: The Central family will need to be patient and understanding as any major construction project presents some inconveniences. Parking will not be ideal until the new parking lot is completed and members will have to park farther away at times. Pedestrian traffic from the Worship Center to the Family Life Center will have some alternate routes. When the new building is completed, the wait and challenges will be well worth it all.

REACH UPDATE: Giving for the first year was $2.5 M on our way to the total project cost of $13.7 M. God has really blessed us and this is above the original pledge. June is the anniversary month of the REACH Campaign and you are asked to make your second year pledge, increase your giving or start being part of what God is doing. We are looking to pay off the entire amount in seven years and can only do it through obedient prayer and giving as God provides. This is a family project that needs all of us participating as God leads.
