FINANCE COMMITTEE: The Church Finance Committee and staff have narrowed the lending bank and financial plan from six bank proposals to two. The final selection will probably be made this Wednesday, August 5 and soon presented to the Deacons and Church. The recommendation will allow our church to move forward with no increase in our annual debt payment from budget and the goal will be to retire all building debt in the next seven to ten years.

AGREEMENT WITH THE CONTRACTOR: The Agreement with the Goff Company and the architect is nearing completion and approval from our committees and attorney. A recommendation will soon be presented to the Deacons and Church to move forward on all construction documents and permits and to start construction when completed. It is currently anticipated that actual construction will not start until this coming February or March, 2016, with a 14 month construction time. Pray for patience for our church family until this new facility can be completed.

COMMON QUESTIONS: The most frequently asked question asked of the Building Committee is, “When will we ever start this project?” We hope to have Church approval no later than early September and start moving dirt in March 2016How is the money increasing in REACH?
