BUILDING DEDICATION AND OPEN HOUSE ON SUNDAY, APRIL 15, 2018

The Dedication and Open House for the new Children’s Building on Sunday, April 15, 2018, was another historic event in the life and ministry of Central Baptist Church. We pray that it was a part of your Sunday as we celebrated what God has done. The multiple children’s baptisms prior to the Dedication were a witness to what this building is all about and that is to reach the hearts and lives of families and children for Christ. 

Thanks for being a part of this exciting time and the opening of this incredible new ministry facility. Thanks also for your faithfulness in patience, support and financial generosity of more than 5.5 M in less than the first three years of the capital campaign. Please keep up your faithfulness as we move ahead in the next several years.

There are still many small items to finish in the new building and we expect work to continue to for the next month. The Children’s Aquarium is not finished but will be spectacular when completed in the new few weeks outside the Children’s Library.

APPRECIATION: Take time to express your thanks and appreciation to Chuck Bestor, Chris Gary and Sherry Maggard for the hundreds of hours working on this project for the past five years. They have so unselfishly given their time and hearts to make this happen. 

BRICK PAVER PROGRAM: Did you find your bricks at the front entry way on Sunday? If not, look for them and see how you have honored your loved ones. We have sold close to 600 but have space for at least 1,000 more. We can engrave bricks and place them in the designated areas at any time. So, it is not too late and the money goes toward the outside playground equipment.
